The Tenant Involvement Officer will be responsible for the development, promotion, implementation, and monitoring of all forms of council tenant and leaseholder involvement throughout the District.
You will have a central role in ensuring the success of the tenant panels whose role is to scrutinise each part of the housing service and recommend service improvement. The role is also responsible for producing information to tenants, including the production of the Annual Housing Report and the Tenants Newsletter.
You should have experience of customer involvement/consulation and should have ideally worked with tenants of community groups in a mixed urban/rural area. You should be highly motivated and organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to meet high performance expectations are essential.
