Permananent (x 1 position); Temporary until March 2023 (x 2 positions)
Grade: D Salary: £20,852 - £22,129
Hours: Full and part time available (hours negotiable)

Working in a busy environment concerned with the collection and administration of Council Tax and Business Rates: your role will involve customer service – telephone, emails, face to face enquires; account maintenance – assessing discount and relief applications in line with complex legislation; and debt management – liaising and negotiating with customers to provide relevant advice. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate good people skills, excellent communication and empathy/understanding of customers, together with an ability to make decisions in a legislative arena. Required to be computer literate. Full training will be provided
As you will have access to vulnerable adults you will need a Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service, the Council will issue the application form and pay the fee
